Customer Review: Don't bother--not double-walled, too hot to hold

I had high hopes for these but they have failed me. I tried microwaving my tea water in one and even with the silicone grip, the cup was too hot to hold. I had to pour the water into a different mug to have my tea. I tried again by pouring hot water into the cup but once again the sides were way too hot to hold. The product is not double-walled and only useful for cold drinks (and cold drinks hardly need a grip). if you want to use Bodum products for hot drinks, go with the double-walled glass cups and mugs.
