Customer Review: Believe it or not, they make the beer taste better!

I recently began homebrewing, so I always drink out of a glass. Never really cared for drinking out of thick beer mugs, but didn't give it a lot of thought. Ate at a restaurant on a business trip, and they served the tap brew in a pilsner glass much like this. I thought they not only looked cool, but something about drinking beer from a thinner rim made it taste better. They wouldn't sell me any, so I searched all over the internet for a similar style, and this was pretty much it. Haven't been a bit disappointed - in fact, I've discovered that using a much taller, narrower pilsner style glass (esp. one as thin as this), actually helps keep the beer "fresher" tasting, from start to finish. The beer doesn't tend to slosh around as much as it does in a wider glass, which reduces the carbonation. The only potential negative: They're kind of tall (over 9"), so you might need to adjust your bar/kitchen cabinets to accommodate them.
