The stay-cool solid stainless steel easy grip handle includes a hole for hanging the cookware, The tempered glass lid allows you to see the cooking process in action and has vent holes in the rim for vented cooking. Made with a copper body, aluminum core, and stainless steel interior, the Bodum Chef Copper Cookware is designed to heat evenly throughout the surface of pan. The stainless steel interior allows you to sear foods, use metal utensils comfortably, and is designed for easy cleaning.
