As others have mentioned, this cup is beautiful, and perhaps somewhat fragile. One cracked in the dishwasher after two or three washes. I was able to replace it with easily through Amazon's excellent customer service, and the replacements as well as one original have been holding up just fine for the past couple of months.Customer Review: Good glasses

I love the Bodum Pavina glasses. We have a set of smaller sized Pavina, so this is just expanding on a perfect collection. I like looking at the beverage. I like that my coffee stays hot and other beverages stay cold. I like that condensation doesn't drip onto the table. Elegant, simple, perfectly pleasing to eye and hand.
