Never thought I'd use a glass to drink coffee from. But these have turned out to work wonderfully for that. They keep the coffee hot much longer than a regular cup or mug, & because of the well designed rim & no condensation I don't really need a coaster- &, they are beautiful.Customer Review: Good review, but terrible packaging

Add myself to the list of people that like this basic product (I've bought these two other times from brick and mortar retailers), but am frustrated by Amazon's inability to deliver these intact.
I ordered these and some Bodum Bistro coffee mugs. Both were packed in a cardboard box with virtually no packing material. Considering the glasses themselves are protected only by a single layer of bubble wrap, I'm not surprised that upon receiving my box, I could already hear the tinkling sound of broken glass.
I'd like to be able to buy these from Amazon, but until they can start packing fragile items properly, I'll have to stick with B+M retailres.
