Customer Review: It's lovely and it works

This is really almost two related products so I'm going to talk about each half on its own.
The glass: They're really pretty. If you look at the reviews of the glasses by itself it not only looks fragile, it is fragile. I handwash mine and so far so good. You may very well want to get a couple of extra glasses anyway, because that way you can make tea for a second person if you're using a good tea that can make multiple infusions. The glass insulates well enough that you can hold it even just after you've put boiling water in it, but it will lose temperature eventually, it's not magic.
The infuser: It fits these glasses very nicely, obviously, and would probably work with any larger mug as well without too much grief. As some folks have noted, the holes are a bit large. There's always a tradeoff - do you want the water to be able to move around freely or do you want to have zero chance of any dust coming through. Some teas definitely have some little fine dust in the bag even if it's a whole leaf tea. Such is life. Personally I haven't seen any that didn't just settle out, and because of the shape of the glass they all pool right in the center. I just don't drink the very last sip. In theory these bits are still infusing and with some teas might lead to bitterness... but it's not something I've actually seen. It's a very small amount of dust, and I don't let my tea sit long enough to get cold.
The infuser also just plain looks classy, especially in the glass.
